1. Definitions

The person or entity that orders products from the supplier is the customer.

2. Validity of the terms and conditions

The terms and conditions of the supplier take precedence over any terms of the customer, the customer has complete free choice to accept these terms and conditions before placing an order, if you do not agree with one or more points of the conditions below then you must contact us via our contact page prior to placing an order, it is possible that www.tackyourhorse.com decides not to accept your order if you do not agree with the conditions stated below.

3. Offer and conclusion of the agreement

The offers on www.tackyourhorse.com are without obligation, the customer enters into an agreement on a voluntary basis by placing and paying an order, the supplier reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the customer within 48 hours after placing the order. This may be due to, but is not limited to: products that are out of stock, areas not covered by the courier, other problems in executing the order.

4. Changes

In the event of changes to orders or offers on the website, the supplier will inform the customer via any contact details available from the supplier. Any changes ordered by the customer will be notified through one of the contact methods listed on this website. Acceptance of these changes is at the discretion of the supplier and may be declined at the discretion of the supplier.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge until the moment of shipment, after the creation of a tracking number by the supplier, the order is considered to have been shipped.

6. Order not complete?

It is possible that the products you ordered were not all in stock.

We will send an e-mail or send a note with the order that products will be sent with a second shipment.

If you have not received a message but there are products missing from your order, please contact us via our contact page.

7. Order not received?

Check the Track & Trace code of the order. We will send an email when your order has been processed. This contains a tracking code with which you can track the shipment.

Check your delivery address: The delivery address is stated in the order confirmation. Please contact us if the address is not correct.

Did you receive a you-were-not-home message? The courier service will deliver your package again free of charge.

Sometimes it happens that the courier delivers the package close by, ask the neighbors if the package has been delivered there.

If the above points do not help you, please contact us. Please include your name and order number in your message when contacting us.

8. How can I place an order?

You can add the desired items to your shopping cart and click on the order button.

You can place an order with us without first creating an account.

9. How can I view previous orders?

On our website you can easily view your previously delivered orders, create an account for this on the my account page.

If you are logged in to your account, you can see all your past orders.

Please make sure to use the same email address used to register your account when placing an order.

After a successful login you can view your orders and there is also the possibility to reorder any previous orders.

10. I have received a discount code, where can I redeem it?

You can enter the discount code during the checkout procedure when at least 1 product has been added.

11. I placed an order but did not receive an email?

First of all, check whether you have entered the correct e-mail address. You can change your e-mail address by contacting us.

The order e-mail may have ended up in your spam folder. If you still have not received an email after checking, please contact us!

Also please leave a phone number, to ensure the fastest way to communicate.

12. What if a product is out of stock?

It is possible that a product is temporarily unavailable.

If a product cannot be ordered with the message ‘out of stock’, please contact us for more information.

Even if an item is out of stock in the quantities you wish to order, please contact us to see when we will receive new stock.

13. Can I change my order?

Due to our commitment to fast delivery, there is a short time between placing your order and the shipping. As a result, we don’t always have time to make changes to your order, it is not possible after the order has been shipped.

14. Prices and Payment

All prices stated on the supplier’s website are subject to change without prior notice from the supplier. Prices of a certain order are final after payment and confirmation of the order. Payment is made via one of the available payment methods during the checkout process. Orders are only considered confirmed after a payment has been successfully processed, after a successful payment the customer will receive a confirmation with details of his order via the email address provided when completing the order.

15. Liability

The supplier is not liable for any direct or indirect costs or damage suffered by the customer as a result of the products ordered from the supplier. The customer must always follow the supplier’s instructions and, if in doubt, contact the supplier for instructions on how to use the products ordered from the supplier.

If the customer has any complaints they can be made through any of the contact methods available on the website, the supplier will respond to complaints in a timely manner and where reasonably possible provide a solution to the customer, the assessment of complaints is at the supplier’s sole discretion.

17. Force Majeure

Unfortunately, it is possible that the supplier cannot fulfill his/her obligations under the agreement due to force majeure. If that is the case, the supplier will inform the customer as soon as possible. In that case, the fulfillment of the agreement by the supplier will be suspended as long as the force majeure continues.

Force majeure exists if the supplier is unable to fulfill its obligations after the agreement has been concluded as a result of a cause or situation that is beyond the supplier’s fault or risk. You can think of illness, but also things such as fire, water damage, flooding, strike at delivery services, government measures, a pandemic or epidemic or, for example, riots. The list in this article are examples to give you an idea, but there may also be other situations that are not mentioned here but fall under force majeure.

If the force majeure situation lasts longer than one month, both parties can dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention.
