Refund and Returns Policy
1. Shipping:
We send all our packages through couriers such as DHL, UPS and Correos. Online track & trace is available for every shipment, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track your shipment. The items will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Normally this is within one or two working days after the payment has been received by us.
We ship orders from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 22:00
The costs of the transport depend on, among other things, the country of destination and the total value of the order, the transport usually costs between € 5.99 and € 29.99, you can check for the final costs on the checkout page, you can enter your address details including country and zip code and you will see the final cost. Are there no transport options visible after entering your address details? The system may not be able to calculate a price for your address, this is for example the case for countries outside the European Union, in this case please contact us so we can let you know any options and costs for the transport .
2. Delivery to the neighbors
Are you not present? Then the package might be delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a notification with the details to which neighbour the package was delivered. Do you not want the package delivered to the neighbors? Then please indicate this in the remarks section on the checkout page when placing your order.
3. Second delivery attempt
If delivery to the neighbors has not been possible or if you prefer not to have the package delivered at the neighbors, a second attempt will follow at a later time free of charge.
If delivery to the address specified by the customer when placing the order is impossible, the package may be left at a nearby collection point at the discretion of the transport company. In the event that all attempts at delivery fail, the package will be returned to the supplier, any costs resulting from this will be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery times
We ship to almost all countries within the European Union. For other destinations, please contact us. The standard shipping method is always with track & trace and your shipment is insured against damage or theft.
The delivery time is generally 1 to 10 working days.

5. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge until the moment of shipment, after we have created a tracking number, the order is considered shipped. In case you want to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible
6. Returning and exchanging items.
A trial period/cooling off period of 14 days applies to all purchases. The reflection period means that:
You have the right to return the items (in the unopened original packaging) within 14 days without any obligation. The returned items must not be used or damaged. The costs for the return shipment will be beared by the customer. The reflection period starts on the day after delivery to the customers location.
If you have received a wrong item or if your order is not complete, please contact our customer service.
7. The following rules apply to reporting a return item:
Please contact our customer service in advance by e-mail at: info@tackyourhorse.com if you want to return an item. Please always state your name and order number.
The delivered item must be unopened, in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
When you have indicated that you wish to return an item or order, you have 14 days to ship it back to us.

Always use a shipping service with track and trace, www.tackyourhorse.com is not responsible for lost shipments.
After receipt of the return and approval of the condition of the products, you will receive the money refunded within 14 days via the same payment method with which the order was paid.
8. Customs, Taxes and Duties.
We ship our products from the European Union, within the European Union there is free movement of goods, if you order with delivery at a location outside the European Union you may have to pay additional costs such as taxes and import duties, additional costs arising from this will be beared by the customer.
9. Damage during transport
If the product you ordered arrives damaged, please contact our customer service. Please take clear pictures of the damages and the packaging before throwing it away.
